We are proud to launch the Castle Metals UK blog where we will feature industry news and lots of interesting information. It has been an exciting time at Castle Metals UK over the past year, we have seen a number of developments; 
Rebranding Metals Group of Companies
We announced that the Metals Group of companies, Metals UK, Loks Plasma Services, E Harding and Sons and KKS Stainless have all become known as Castle Metals UK. This move allows our customers to benefit from the complete product range under a single name.
Increased Stock and Processing Capabilities
Over the past year we have increased our metal stock range which now includes the full range of duplex sheet. In addition to this, we have installed a new high powered laser cutting machine and a large capacity water jet cutting machine that helps to provide a more efficient process than before.
Castle Metals UK Global Exports
As well as the above developments, we have recently announced that we are exporting to 52 countries. Tracy Piotrowska, export manager, had the following to say:
“We are delighted at the growth in export business so far in 2011. Shortly after celebrating exports to our 50th country, we surpassed even our own expectations and can proudly announce that we are currently supplying 52 countries with speciality steel, making us truly world-class exporters.”
