Now Exporting to over 50 Countries
We are delighted to announce that this month we have exported to our 50th country – Luxembourg.
Metals UK began exporting products in 2002 and has enjoyed significant success in the 9 years since we began, receiving the Queens Award for Enterprise in 2009 and multiple honours from the Chamber of Commerce. Find out more about our global metal alloys export and international sales team.
This along with the installation of new machines for our laser cutting services and water-jet cutting services supports our plans for future growth throughout Europe and Asia.
Outstanding Export Achievement Award
We are delighted to announce that we have been highly commended by the Chamber Of Commerce for Outstanding Export Achievement award.
Tracy Piotrowska, Export Sales Manager at Castle Metals, said that they “are very excited about 2012, with some key strategic moves being planned, which should ensure another successful year for export”.
This is an excellent end to a successful year for Castle Metals UK, which has seen 62 new export customers in 21 different countries. This generated over £1million in sales which has contributed to a 35% growth on export in 2009.
